Cancellation policy

1. Purchase Options

Certain products sold by Queen’N’Colonies may be offered as deferred, recurring, subscription, pre-order, or other purchase-option transactions where permitted through our website.

2. Cancellation Requests

If cancellation is permitted for a purchase option, the request must be made before the next charge or before the order is processed, packed, produced, or fulfilled.

Cancellation is not guaranteed.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders involving live ants, reserved inventory, pre-orders, custom products, made-to-order products, or products already in processing may not be cancellable.

4. Recurring or Deferred Charges

If a purchase option includes recurring or deferred charges, you authorize Queen’N’Colonies to charge your payment method according to the pricing, timing, and terms shown on the product page and at checkout, until the order is fulfilled or cancelled where permitted.
